When Sierra pitched to me the idea of a mountain elopement, I was already in. I mean, have you seen her photos? Then she told me that the couple had actually already eloped and we would basically be throwing them a mock wedding. Real life meets styled photo shoots are my favorite. The love between the couple is so apparent and the vendors love coming together knowing there’s a real passion behind the idea. This photo shoot was no different. Sierra’s vision for Gillian and Aaron’s shoot was no different. Perfect romantic mountain love below!
Love made us do it is the best reason for eloping. This sign is a close second.
Instead of invites for this shoot, I created more of an announcement. I’m obsessed with this color palette and it translated so well to the day.
As a wedding gift, I made a sign that was a little more personal than I typically make for a styled photo shoot. They got to take this home after the photos were over to remember their day and start celebrating their new life together as The Maples.
