Danielle & Max

    • Real Wedding

Danielle has been such a loyal supporter of Chanel Creates (formerly Dixie on Dallas). She’s purchased Christmas ornaments every year I’ve offered and I’ve made countless items for friend’s birthday’s and weddings as gifts. So when she got engaged, guess who she sent one of her first emails to…me! She sent me an email 7 months out from her wedding to start talking about ideas and the things we could create for her and Max’s big day. It was such a compliment to receive that email and talk with a bride who was so excited to work with me!
Danielle and Max got married in Boston over the summer with a nautical theme with bright colors and a fun sports twist. Below are some of the pieces we created together for their wedding.
The biggest piece was their place cards that were attached to their compass wedding favors. We used different color inks for the meal indicators and tied them to the compass with a white gauze/silk blend ribbon.

Another favorite touch from this day was the names of the table numbers. Each table number was personalized with their favorite sports stadiums. Then they used the map coordinates of each stadium. I love when couples add personal touches to their wedding to help it be uniquely them. Having them include the stadiums instead of traditional table numbers showed a side of their personality on their biggest day together.

For their guestbook, they added another personalized touch and created this puzzle in the shape of Massachusetts and had their guests sign the puzzle pieces. I also created other signs for their hashtag and their specialty cocktails.

Congrats Danielle and Max and thanks for including me on your special day.
